"The right men on the right place" - new employment opportunities in the area of the town Kresna

With market presence for over 20 years "Reimar" Ltd. was established as a manufacturer of garden products and natural stone facing. Established and operated as a family business for many years the company provides jobs for residents in the area of ​​the town Kresna (Blagoevgrad) and applied approach of engagement and support in their relationship with employees. For its social responsibility and in accordance with their economic viability, management initiated a project to create new jobs and opportunity for employment of the population of the region. This project idea under the title "The man weighs in place" aims to provide employment and promote social inclusion of vulnerable groups of Blagoevgrad. Under the initiative, the company plans to open 10 new jobs, with a focus on the need for production staff. According to the approved by the management of the company profile of the target groups, the opportunity for conversion will be provided to the unemployed and inactive persons in the category of young people under 29, adults over 54, people with lower secondary education and long-term unemployed or inactive. They will be engaged in the manufacture of garden furniture (5 employees), processing of natural stone materials (5 employees) for a period of 12 months, the candidate declares willingness to keep 50% of the jobs created for 12 months after the end of the project. The planned inclusion in employment associated with supporting the activities of the rest of the staff and individual work in separate directions. The implementation of the project duration is 15 months, in this period, the process of recruitment, employment, administrative and final reporting. The initiative is seen as a measure in support of the work commitment of the population in the region of Blagoevgrad, overcoming economic difficulties and social inclusion.
