"Professional opportunities for new start"

“DMS Health Group OOD” it’s a company that develops its business in the field of sale of goods via the Internet within the European Union. Its main activities are aimed at creating advertising strategies and necessary for their implementation in the Internet advertising materials (banners static, dynamic banners, web sites, web applications, advertising campaigns). Business development in the field of online sales is a dynamic and the competition is high. For growing and increasing the effectiveness of the company is needed to hire a new work force that is professionally trained to meet the needs of the firm. The main objective of the project is to provide sustainable development of “DMS Health Group OOD”, through creation of new jobs and employment of unemployed and inactive persons. For the project implementation are planned the following activities: hiring staff, training staff, appropriate equipment purchase for the new staff, visualization of results and publicity. The target group of the project includes 9 unemployed or inactive persons, including minimum 5 of them meeting the following specific categories: • Unemployed youths up to 29 years included - minimum 5 (five) The project meets the specific needs of the target group related to training, lack of motivation and employment. With the implementation of the planned activities will achieve a positive effect both for the group and for the development of activities and enhancing the competitiveness of the company. With the implementation of the project we expect the following results: • By employing 9 persons of the labor market will expand horizons and business opportunities of the company. • Modernized facilities, and build competitiveness and sustainability of the company. • Improved quality of the offered services. • Increased professional capacity. • Long-term preservation of employment and reduce the risk of falling into unemployment.
