Politransfer Electric Ltd. is a company that works in high-tech manufacturing since 2002. Within the project proposal, the company is planning to create 10 new jobs. In this way the company will be able to respond to the increased demand for their products, to expand its product range and at the same time to contribute to the achievement of the specific objectives of the procedure "New job" by: - Providing employment to 10 unemployed and inactive persons; - Enhancing professional skills and competences of one unemployed and inactive person, by including him in vocational training - Creating conditions for sustainable professional development and realization of individual elected representatives of the target group in the sector of high-tech manufacturing; Purchase of additional equipment is planned, which will provide employment for the newly hired persons. The project duration will be 18 months and selected target group consists of 10 unemployed and inactive persons, of whom at least 50% will be long-term unemployed and inactive or unemployed persons over the age of '54
