A New Job – a New Opportunity for Self-Actualisation

The project proposal A New Job – a New Opportunity for Self-Actualisation is aimed at opening sustainable work places at Martenichki Kiko EOOD and purchasing equipment strictly related to the newly created work places. As part of the project eighteen new work places will be launched and the required equipment purchased to guarantee smooth operation on the part of the newly appointed employees. The target group for the proposed project includes: 18 unemployed and/or economically inactive persons to be employed, out of whom: - At least 9 (50 %) unemployed or economically inactive persons aged up to 29 years inclusive and at most 9 unemployed or economically inactive persons between 30 and 54 years aged and over 54 years. The aim of the proposed project is to create eighteen sustainable work places for unemployed and/or economically inactive persons at Martenichki Kiko EOOD. The main activities to implement within the project include: 1. Recruitment of unemployed and/or economically inactive persons for a period of up to 12 months. 2. Purchase of equipment related to the newly created work places. 3. Publicity and dissemination of information about the project. 4. Project organization and management. The activities are selected in such a way as to guarantee as much as possible the achievement of the aims and objectives, outcomes and targets/ indicators set in this project proposal, and respectively, contribute to the achievement of the objectives of this grant scheme procedure. As a result of implementing this project the following outcomes will be achieved: - Eighteen new work places will be opened; - Equipment required for the operation of the new work places will be purchased; - The work habits of the new employees will be developed and improved; - The social and economic status of the newly appointed individuals will be improved; - The company’s competitiveness and productivity will be enhanced.
