"New Opportunities and Employment Provision in "HUGO.BG" Ltd."

The current project is oriented to the main needs and challenges regarding to the labor market of some of the most vulnerable groups – inactive people, including those with disabilities, and unemployed young people. A comprehensive approach is established which makes the project focused simultaneously on the stimulation of employment, its quality and sustainability, as well as on the improvement of the quality and capacity of the workforce. The main aim is to promote access to employment and quality of the workplaces created in the enterprise as well as to promote adaptability and development of the human resources. The project contributes to raise the labor demand and to ensure equal access and conditions for sustainable employment by creating new 18 workplaces in the areas of Sofia and Plovdiv and through the commitment of the Applicant to maintain at least 50% of them after the project. A purchase of specific equipment for the new work positions is also planned according to the requirements of the market, as well as to current trends in the technological development. This makes the offered working conditions more attractive, competitive and with a higher quality. In addition, the planned training on key competences for newly hired employees creates opportunities for development and improvement of the human capital as well as facilitates their adaptation to the workplace and the employer's needs. The project activities and objectives directly contribute to the availability of sustainable new workplaces that correspond to the dynamic labor market as well as to the availability of quality, skilled and motivated workforce. In this regard, the current project contributes to the development of a stable economy based on knowledge and innovation by facilitating and supporting representatives of vulnerable groups to leave the category of unemployed and/or inactive people, giving them the opportunity for fulfillment and development.
