Improving the access to employment and quality of working enviornment in Mesluks Ltd.

The enterprise Meslux Ltd. is a company engaged in the production and trade of meat and meat products. We achieve high quality of our products with investments related not only production facilities but also investing in staff training and improving working conditions in the workplace. We are convinced that employment potential is a combination of improved living conditions and optimize work processes. One of the main goals of the company is to develop human capital to ensure higher employment, income and social integration, so we can keep the built capacity in production. This project contributes to creating conditions for employment of unemployed persons who fall within the priority target groups of the program. The focus is directed towards the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market. In addition, the objectives of the project proposal fully consistent with the objectives of the "Development of Human Resources" ­ to improve the quality of life of people in Bulgaria through enhancement of human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increased productivity, access to quality education and lifelong learning, and strengthening social inclusion. The project envisages implementation of the following activities: Activity 1: Hiring of unemployed and / or inactive for a period of 12 months Activity 2: Forming a team organization and management of the project Activity 3: preview and publicity; Activity 4: Acquiring the necessary equipment and machines for the newly employed staff; Their implementation will provide further training and employment for 6 representatives of vulnerable groups. With the implementation of the project aims possibility expand the complex of measures aimed at increasing employment and vocational training of the labor force in particular in the municipality of Razgrad.
