Creating new working places and expanding the activities of the company DOUBLE 2 LTD

The project “Creating new working places and expanding the activities of the company DOUBLE 2 LTD” has the aim of: “Creating conditions for sustainable employment, training and career development of unemployed and/ or inactive people in the field of trade in agricultural products”. Specific goals of the project: 1.To generate new work places for unemployed and/or inactive youth people aged under 29 in order to be appointed on perspective positions. 2.Generation of knowledge and competency for newly appointed unemployed and/or inactive youth people aged under 29, for their effective professional realization. The project is directed towards investment in individuals and generation of employment of the target group. DOUBLE 2 LTD will generate employment for the period of up to 12 months for individuals from the target group. The target group will be composed of unemployed and inactive individuals, inactive individuals with low educational degree, unemployed individuals aged over 54. Because of their low educational degree or because of other circumstances, these individuals could not find appropriate realization on the labor market. They need to be motivated, directed towards work performance, which will bring them gratification in order to have a fulfilling career. According to the project framework employment contracts will be signed for the period of 12 months with the newly employed individuals. The company will create 15 new working places and will employ 15 unemployed and inactive individuals, and the greater part of the target group will be from the specific categories. Activity 1. Employment of unemployed and/or inactive individuals for the period of up to 12 months; Activity 2. Purchasing of equipment related to the generation of new working places; Activity 3. Activities related to information and publicity;Activity 4. Activities related to the organization and management of the project; Activity 5. Purchasing of work clothes and personal safety means;
