Creating new working places and expanding the activities of the company AGRAMONIA – V.G. LTD

The project “Creating new working places and expanding the activities of the company AGRAMONIA – V.G. LTD” has the aim of: “Creating conditions for sustainable employment, training and career development of unemployed and/ or inactive people in the field of trade in agricultural products”. Specific goals of the project: 1.To generate new work places for unemployed and/or inactive youth people aged under 29 and individuals aged over 54 in order to be appointed on perspective positions. 2.Generation of knowledge and competency for newly appointed unemployed and/or inactive youth people aged under 29 and individuals aged over 54, for their effective professional realization. The project aims at contributing to the generation of 12 sustainable working places. It is also directed towards people and will create premises for increasing the competitiveness of the target group as well as insuring and preserving their employment. In order to respond to the specific needs of the employer and to the newly appointed positions, three individuals from the target group will be included in training and acquisition of knowledge and skills according to: Key competence 2 “Communication on foreign languages”. The target group proposal will be composed of unemployed and inactive individuals, inactive individuals with low educational degree, unemployed individuals aged over 54. Part of the people from the target group does not have professional experience. They need to be motivated, directed towards work performance, which will bring them gratification in order to have a fulfilling career. The project will be realized through the following activities: Activity 1. Employment of unemployed and/or inactive individuals for the period of up to 12 months; Activity 2. Purchasing of equipment related to the generation of new working places; Activity 3. Activities related to information and publicity; Activity 4. Activities related to the organization and management of the project;
