Creation of employment and create new jobs in Mazalat Ltd.

The project proposal aims to create sustainable employment in the 12 months to 18 unemployed and inactive persons and to ensure subsequent employment after completion of the project activities at least 50% of newly recruited under the project. The project will ensure the integration of the labor market and young people, particularly those who are not engaged in employment, education or training and equipping of new jobs in order to create suitable working conditions in the company of people from the target group. The project proposal consistent with the identified needs and problems of the target group, as the share of unemployed youths up to 29 years increases the inactive are also a significant part in Gabrovo region, indicating that this target group is vulnerable and should take special policies for its integration in the labor market. Project activities fully meet the needs of the target group because they provide an opportunity to integrate into the workflow of the company and have equipped workplaces. Mazalat Ltd. specializes in the production of ready-mixed concrete. The activity is seasonal, linked to the construction and during the winter period decreases. To avoid seasonality and create employment for people employed, the company operates in snow removal and sanding of the roads in winter. Mazalat Ltd. has long-term contract with the municipality of Sevlievo and have the opportunity to hire people and create jobs. People in the target group will ensure technical as purchase equipment for activities on snow removal and sanding. In addition to ensuring sustainable employment for the target group, equipment jobs, the project provides activities for project management, publicity and visualization, in accordance with the requirements of a manual beneficiary implementing rules for information and communication 2014-2020,
