Higner quality services through opening new working places and training at LLC Oil amp; Gas EOOD

LLC Oil and Gas EOOD is successfully implementing an investment plan for the acquisition, modernization and construction of sites for retail sale of petroleum products, gas for cars and lubricants / stations /. The company offers the market high quality products and good service, which has led to a rapidly growing number of customers, the business volume and workload of the staff. As a result, the company is experiencing a shortage of staff to service the petrol stations and outlets and need to improve the organizational structure of the company The participation of the company under the New Working Places 2015 Procedure, which is targeted to provide conditions for opening sustainable jobs for unemployed and inactive people with a focus on vulnerable groups, will help overcome this problem. Creating incentives for employers to open new jobs, as part of the overall policy for human resources development, will contribute to improve access to employment, job quality and integration of the most vulnerable groups on the labor market. To this end this project proposal targets at actions as: - Hire 30 unemployed and / or inactive persons for a period of 12 months, 100 % of whom belong to vulnerable groups /individuals with low education, long-term unemployed and located far from the labor market, disabled persons , persons aged over 54 and the youths under 29 /; - Provide training to the already employed on the key competence "Communication in foreign languages" /for 15 persons/; - Purchase of machines and economic stock for the newly created working places; - Obligation of the applicant to maintain long-term at least half of the newly opened jobs. The project implementation will contribute to enhance organization and improve working conditions in the retail outlets of the company and will create conditions for better customer service, increase sales volume and services and improve competitiveness.
