New jobs - new employment

The activity of the company is over 10 years conducting training in vocational education and learning developing key competencies. In the last 5 years we have worked with both employed in various fields of business persons and seeking implementation of the labor market unemployed persons who wanted to improve existing or acquire new knowledge. In the period 2012 - 2015, the acquisitions and extensive experience in the training of public administration by participating in such mainly in the implementation of projects under OPAC. From the foregoing it is obvious that the volume of work in the company increased significantly. Namely preparation of large volume of documentation requiring high precision, with participation of the company in public procurement, but also the very organizing and conducting seminars, conferences and other forms of trainings . It makes us to rethink the strategy of the company and our lead the conclusion about the necessity of creating new jobs and employing 8 people - of the following age groups: Unemployed youths up to 29 years including - 4 persons Unemployed and inactive persons in the labor market between the ages of 30 and 54 -2 persons Unemployed and inactive persons in the labor market over the age of 54 -2 persons Activities that we envisage in the proposal: -The opening of a new jobs and employment of unemployed and inactive persons in the labor market - Providing training of employees on the project eight persons on key competences 4 - "Digital competence" -Purchase Of equipment, furniture, intangible fixed assets and furniture related to the creation of new jobs -Activities Organization and project management, information and publicity We believe that our project proposal will contribute to achieving the objectives and implementation of the procedure - BG05M9OP001-1.003 «NEW WORKPLACE 2015", namely to ensure the prerequisites for the creation of sustainable jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons.
