Kyustendil is one of the districts with the highest unemployment rate in the Southwestern region. Activation of persons in long-term unemployment and inactive persons is an important priority of the labor market and is determined by the need to increase the workforce for economic growth and in terms of social inclusion. In addition, participation in the employment of persons over the age of 54 years supports the extension of working life. The overall objective of the project proposal is the creation of 6 sustainable jobs for the target groups - long-term unemployed and inactive people and unemployed persons over the age of 54 years. The main project activities are: employment of 6 unemployed and inactive persons for a period of 12 months in the field of building constructions and purchase of equipment, associated with the creation of new jobs. These activities will ensure quality and sustainable jobs, increase the capacity of the enterprise and support the integration into employment of the target groups. Through these actions will be achieved the following results: - Employment of 6 individuals from the target groups for a period of 12 months; - Purchased equipment for 6 resource-provided new jobs; - Gained work experience and skills in the field of metal product manufacturing; - Increased production, human and organizational resources in the company after the completion of the project.
