Opening and equipping of new working places in V amp; M Company LTD

The project aims to create sustainable jobs for unemployed youths up to 29 years of age. Providing training on key competences of the employed people in relation to the positions they hold. Specific objectives ∙ Opening of new jobs and purchasing equipment for them which is to be energy efficient, leads to the reduction of carbon emissions and contributes to the ecologically efficient use of resources ∙ Providing employment for the unemployed youths up to 29 years of age ∙ Providing training on key competences. Communication in foreign language and Digital Competence of the people employed on the project. The project aims to help people with limited employment opportunities for professional realization because of their personal or social status and namely unemployed youths. The selection will be made in compliance with the principles of: equal opportunities and non-discrimination and gender equality. The persons employed will undergo English training. The youths will refresh and complement their knowledge of the language by: - learning how to communicate effectively in a variety of situations from - taking classes on business topics where they will be able to practice through role-specific situations - being trained in a professional environment similar to real business situations with the help of modern educational technology. Training on Digital Competence will be held. The youths will refresh and complement their knowledge of Operational systems, Word, Excel and data bases with emphasis on the possibilities of digitalisation, reducing paper waste and increasing ecological efficiency. Energy efficient computers will be bought which will lead to the reduction of electricity bills and respectively the carbon emissions. A second monitor will be bought for each computer which will increase the efficiency and will reduce the use of paper (printing and comparison with the data on the monitor).
