New jobs in "OPM BUSINESS SOLUTIONS" Ltd.

OPM BUSINESS SOLUTIONS" Ltd. is a company specialized in the sphere of accounting services. In order to meet the increasingly high demands of clients- the company wishes to create a new well motivated and trained team to meet the requirements of the increasing number of customers. One of the tasks of the management of the company is to improve the administrative capacity by providing electronic accounting services of Bulgarian and foreign clients. The main objective of the project proposal aims at improving the access to employment of unemployed and inactive people and opening of permanent jobs in "OPM BUSINESS SOLUTIONS" Ltd. For its implementation of the project’s goals, there is a need to reveal six new jobs for the posts: accountants-3 people and operational accountants -3 people for a period of up to 12 months. The planned target groups is from the specific categories: inactive people and unemployed young people of up to 29 y. of age incl. The project plans to provide training on key competences in accordance with the European qualifications framework on Key competences 2 "Communication in foreign languages"-English language training of 3 employees. It is planned all of the 6 new jobs places to be equipped. There are planned project activities for the management of the project and activities for awareness and publicity. The project is aimed at providing employment for priority under the programme target groups: inactive people and unemployed young people of up to 29 y. of age incl. "OPM BUSINESS SOLUTIONS" Ltd. will keep the employment of 4 employees for a period of at least 12 months, without interruption, after approval of the final project report. The realization of the project activities will allow employees to start working and will provide them with the opportunity for professional development. Implementation of the project will help to overcome the effects of unemployment and social exclusion.
