Priority Ltd. is a consulting company specialized in the preparation and management of projects under European and national programs. Over the years the company has become the undisputed authority in providing consultancy services and the development and management of international projects and operational programs, due to the correct attitude and individual approach to each, creating new opportunities for our clients.During the first operating period 2007 - 2013, the team of professionals has produced more than 50 proposals of private companies, non-governmental organizations, public organizations. With the opening of a second operating period influx of candidate beneficiaries wishing to explore the possibilities to finance their ideas, develop concepts and complete preparation of proposals repeatedly increased. Currently in Priority Ltd operate six employees, of which only two of the office assistant in management of European projects and programs. Despite the extensive experience who they have and demonstrated efficiency these employees fail to serve all incoming inquiries and requests to the company. To meet customer needs and to cope with the growing workload, the management needs to expand its team of collaborators and plans to open five new jobs office assistant in management of European projects and programs, which will be recruited 4 unemployed young people up to 29 years and 1 unemployed person over 29 years. After completion of the project activities, Priority Ltd will retain the employment of three of the jobs in the next 12 months. For the performance of daily activities of recruits and ensure workflow is necessary to buying primary equipment and furniture. The realization of the planned project activities will support the employment of young employees and enable them for work and professional and career development in an attractive profession, sought after in the labor market.
