New jobs for unemployed and inactive persons in PSG JSCo

The present project proposal aims at creating sustainable jobs for unemployed and inactive persons as well as the productivity and the competetivness of PSG JSCo by increasing the knowledge and skills of the target group and securing funds for investment expenses and salaries. The project activities are planned to provide trainings for acquisition of professional qualification and training courses on key competencies for a total of 20 people from the following specific categories - unemployed youths up to 29 years incl .; persons aged over 54, and long-term unemployed persons, as well as providing employment for a minimum period of 12 months at the construction sites of the company PSG JSCo in the city of Sofia and if necessary throughout the country. Equipment and furniture, which is necessary for the newly created 20 new jobs is planned to be purchased to ensure good conditions for the better performance of the daily duties of the newly recruited persons. During the implementation of the project, the Beneficiary will implement several activities for promoting the project, its best practices and results among stakeholders and the general public. After the completion of the project, the company PSG JSCo will make further efforts to promote integration on the labor market of newly hired employees by ensuring their long-term sustainable employment on the construction sites the company PSG JSCo in the city of Sofia and throughout the country. The PSG JSCo will provide post-employment for another 12 months for at least 50% of the employees right after the end of project activities.
