SunBright systems Bulgaria LTD. was founded on 27.01.2012 in order to develop, manufacture and implementation of innovative products and solutions in the field of high-tech systems. The social policy of the company is bound by the knowledge that the main and most valuable resource of any company - these are its employees. For this reason and in order to enhance the capabilities of the company through this project proposal “SunBright systems Bulgaria” LTD. plans conclusion of 26 labor contracts. It is envisaged that more than 50% of employees to be from eligible target groups allowed by this procedure. It aims to safeguard jobs for 12 months in a minimum of 13 employees after completion of the project activities, ensuring appropriate working environment, through the purchase of equipment necessary for the successful performance of professional duties and conducting trainings. These activities will lead to the expected results of enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise and improve its market position. In the project proposal are represented all three of horizontal principles.
