The club has quickly became one of the hottest points on the Black Sea coast and in 2013 the club was completely reconstructed and refurnished with new interior. In order to maintain the huge interest to the club and to guarantee the sustainability of its leading position in one of the most competitive markets ACCOUNT FACTOR LTD organizes many significant events in the field of fashion and media, which contribute to the sustainable development of the tourism and the competitiveness of the national tourist product. Through the realization of the project "A New Profession - New Challenges for New Life" will be given an opportunity for 25 unemployed and inactive persons to find a job in one of the most prestigious clubs in the country and on the other side the implementation of the project will address the growing needs of the company, will help to maintain the leading positions in the market and to ensure the sustainable employment for the hired people. After the conclusion of the project the applicant will maintain at least 13 of the hired persons for a period of not less than 12 months, thus ensuring the sustainability of the employment. 21 of the hired 25 unemployed and inactive people will be from the specific category "Unemployed youths up to 29 years of age" and the other 4 are unemployed and inactive. Also, the project includes activities for the acquisition and insurance of the equipment and inventory necessary for job creation, professional training and education in foreign languages and digital competences for the new personnel, publicity activities and project management.
