VSDS new workplaces

The main purpose of this project is improving the access to an employment and to the quality of the working places. It targets mainly people that seek work and are not active including permanently unemployed but also young people’s steady labor market integration and that ones who are not committed to work, education or training in particular. The current project proposal corresponds to the strategic objective of OP HRD 2014-2020 and is completely in line with all the requirements stated in the invitation for the presentation of the proposals and will actively contribute for the execution of two of the objectives of the EU “Europe 2020” strategy, : Investment priority 1 and 3. The following specific objectives will be realized to achieve the main objective of this project proposal: • Provision of an appropriate working environment that is needed for the successful accomplishment of the career responsibilities through purchasing of an equipment and of a furnishing • Hiring of 4 unemployed and inactive persons, 50% of them within the following groups: o Unemployed persons below 29 y.o. incl. • Training on key competence 4 Planned activities and actions: • A 1: Organization and management • A 2: Delivery of the equipment • A 3: Hiring of unemployment and inactive persons • A 4: Key competence 4 Digital competence trainings • A 5: Visualization Results: through opening 4 new working places with ensured assets provision and increasing their knowledge the following is achieved: 1. Higher and more quality employment 2. Poverty reduction and promotion of social inclusion 3. Modernization of public policies This result will have a direct impact on the increase of the competitiveness of VSDS and to its overall market performance. With the current project proposal the following principles are covered: Equal opportunities and discrimination prevention; Gender equality; Flexible forms of employment and flexible working time.
