„YOUTH TEAM IN THE CONSULTANCY BUSINESS”

The overall objective of the project is to create eight new jobs for unemployed and/ or inactive persons from the area of Pazardjik, Pazardjik Municipality, in connection with expanding the capacity and improving the quality of services provided by "Project Service" Ltd. The company plans to hire eight people from the target group, five of them will be unemployed or inactive young people up to 29 years, and one will be unemployed or inactive person with disabilities. Within the first two and a half months identification of the target group will be implemented through: Preparing and sending information to the Employment Agency structures in Pazardzhik about the opening of new jobs; putting up posters in key locations; conducting workshops with local stakeholders. After identifying the target group selection will be held as a result of which 8 unemployed and/ or inactive people will be selected, at least five of them will be from the specific target group "Unemployed young people up to 29 years” and one person will be unemployed or inactive disabled person. The selected persons will be hired on contracts for minimum of 12 months in the job "Business Consultant". All newly appointed staff will take part in vocational training to acquire second degree of professional qualification "Small and medium business associate" in the profession "Small and medium business". The young team will undergo training in Key Competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages", "English". To facilitate the work of the new team relevant equipment will be purchased: one car and 8 smart phones. Information and publicity of the project will be implemented through the distribution of posters in the beginning of the project, but also by developing and maintaining an interactive website. As an additional measure the purchased business equipment will be branded.
