Creating sustainable new jobs in “Hitech” Ltd.”

The project “Creating sustainable new jobs in “Hitech” Ltd.” of the Applicant aims to create new jobs in the company meeting the needs of the employer and the market, and on these jobs to be appointed unemployed or inactive persons outside training and education, some of which are up to 29 years to meet the minimum requirements for appointment to the positions and the rest over 29 years. Or achieving the objectives of the project the implementation of the following activities is foreseen: • Organization and management of the project; • Providing visualization and publicity of the project - according the requirements of the Program; • Purchasing of equipment, furniture, personal protective equipment and clothing to ensure normal and smooth workflow on the newly created jobs; • Hiring unemployed and inactive persons with the required minimum qualifications; As a result of the successful implementation of the project it will achieve the following direct results: • Integration of 17 representatives of the target group in the labor market, part of which are expected to be up to 29 years old; • Established 17 sustainable jobs, of which at least 10 will be kept for at least 12 months after the completion of the project; • Increased productivity and a greater number of clients served by the “Hitech” Ltd. as a result of increasing the number of employees in the enterprise. With the results achieved under the project it will contribute to reducing unemployment by creating new jobs, according to the needs and requirements of the local labor market and the implementation of the European Employment Strategy and also the integration of unemployed and inactive persons back to the labor market.
