New workplaces - New horizons for Seven Sense Ideas Ltd.

Seven Sense Ideas Ltd. is a company that operates in the fields of marketing, advertising and PR policy. The excessive expansion of the organization’s activity and the desire for diversification of the services offered, raises the need for creating new work places. In the course of its activity, the organization have reached the conclusion that in order to be competitive, key point is the constant improvement of the quality of the service offered, which is achieved mainly by well-trained human resources. Regarding this, Seven Sense Ideas Ltd., outlines the overall objective of this project proposal, namely to create new and sustainable work places for job seekers, inactive and unemployed young people up to 29 years of age, as the ambition of the company is 50% of them to be occupied by unemployed young people up to 29 years of age. The remaining 50% will consist of long-term unemployed and inactive individuals in order to provide the possibility for leaving their permanent inactive position in the labor market. In order for the newly hired to work most effectively, the appropriate equipment and training will be provided for them. These measures will ensure sustainable employment for the newly hired employees and improve the position of the company. The aim of the Applicant is to achieve an overall reduction in the share of unemployed and inactive individuals, including young people up to 29 years of age within the country through this project proposal which complies with the primary objective of Priority Axis 1 for improving the access to employment and the quality of the work places. The opening of new work places and their subsequent equipment, combined with the appropriate training for the newly hired employees will put the company in a better position and will contribute to the integration, the realization and the sustainable development of unemployed competitive individuals in the labor market.
