The main objective of this project is to improve the employment accessibility and quality of available workplaces. It is targeting unemployed and inactive people. It also aims to provide sustainable integration of young people into the labor market, in particular those who are not engaged with any work, education or training. This project`s suggestion complies with the strategic goal of OP HRD 2014-2020 and completely meets the requirements mentioned in the invitation for presenting suggestions. The project will also contribute actively for the accomplishment of two of the targets from the EU 2020 strategy, Priority target 1" Improvement of employment accessibility and quality of the workplace" to OP HRD. It includes the following investment priorities and specific goals: Investment priority 1 and 3 - In order to achieve the main objective of this project, the following specific goals will be accomplished: › to ensure appropriate work environment for the successful realization of the professional duties by the purchase of the necessary equipment and furniture › to hire 10 unemployed or inactive people, of which 80% will be representatives of these specific groups: -Unemployed young people younger than 29 -Permanently unemployed and inactive people › to train the newly hired and help them obtain key competencies. Results: By creating 10 new work positions and their resource differentiation, we will achieve: 1)Higher and employment with better quality. 2)Decrease of poverty and encouraging the social inclusion. 3)Modernization of the public politics. This will reflect on both the increase of the competitiveness of Zographic films Ltd. and on their representation and participation in the labor market. It will also extend the range of offered services, increasing their quality.
