"MWI Consult" Ltd. is a consulting company founded in 2006 in Sofia. For nine years the company has acquired extensive experience and a significant share in the field of business consulting, strategic planning, financial analysis, preparation and management of projects in the private and public sector. The mission of "MWI Consult" Ltd. is to offer adequate business and management solutions for the private and public sectors, to ensure sustainable change and help people with ambitions and vision for the future to be able to develop their business in Bulgaria. The team of "MWI Consult” LTD daily consults its clients with creative and practical solutions that make them unique, appropriate, responsible and meaningful not only for the individual but for the society as a whole. The project proposal contributes on one hand to enhance the capacity and capabilities of the beneficiary, and the other will enable young and inactive people aged up to 29 to acquire professional qualifications and skills in the field of business consulting, strategic planning, financial analysis, preparation and management of projects In the private and public sector. Throughout the project will be recruited 14 unemployed and inactive persons, 5 of which will fall into a specific category" Unemployed young people aged up to 29 including", and the remaining 9 persons will be unemployed and inactive persons. After completion of the project at least 50% of the newly employed will be maintained for at least 12 months. As project activities envisaged the purchase of necessary equipment, furniture, intangible assets and fixed assets for creating new work spaces, providing professional training for acquiring qualification degree, providing training for already employed under the project on key competencies according to the European Qualifications Framework by: Key competence 2"Communication in foreign languages", Key competence 4"Digital competence".
