Sustainable employment - successful realization

ABOVE Ltd is a fast growing and ambitious company in the field of retail sales of bags. The firm started its operations in July 2014. The company’s development and increased amount of clients led to the innovative idea of expanding the company in direction – development of prototypes of leather handbags, production of sample quantities and small orders and closely profiling the workflow processes in order to reach high quality of the services and the production. That’s why with the current project proposal the target is to create new job opportunities and vocational integration of both – youngsters till 29 years, jobless and inactive people between 30 and 53 years old, and jobless and inactive individuals over 54 years old. The main activities and actions by which this will be achieved are: - Providing employment to unemployed and/or inactive individuals for period of 12 months – the company will hire 16 persons. It is envisaged 8 persons to be aged up to 29 years and over 54 years and 8 persons to be aged between 30 and 53 years old. - Purchase of equipment for the new employment created – will be purchased that will be used from the new employees with job positions Technologist, Sewer, leather and Manufacturer of leather goods for performing their work activities of the particular jobs. - Creation of 8 sustainable employments after the end of the project proposal. The planned activities in the project proposal include: Employment to unemployed and/or inactive individuals for period of 12 months.; Purchase of equipment, furniture, Intangible fixed assets and Inventory.; Organization and Management and Information and publicity The company is financially stable. There is a financial resource, which is a prerequisite for the successful implementation of the planned activities.
