Creation of sustainable jobs at Eshrefoglu LTD for unemployed and inactive people

Eshrefoglu OOD is a business company based in the village of Valnari, offering a broad range of groceries and household goods. The company has four retail outlets in the following villages: Tsani Ginchevo, Zarnevo, Nikola Kozlevo and Valnari. The major part on the income side comes from wholesale, covering the Eastern and Central part of Bulgaria through distributors, as well as through company’s own resources. We offer our own trademarked products in the field of household chemicals and beauty products, and they are unique in terms of quality and price. Since the foundation of the company, our sales have been constantly growing, which is an attestation for the quality both of our products and our management and marketing strategies. We are constantly investing in advanced and up-to-date technology and staff, to ensure we are competitive and to expand our market coverage. Our company has already built lasting partnerships with major traders and distributors, regularly increasing the volume of their orders. In order to meet the fast-growing demand, we are planning to hire new workers. We will be actively involved in tackling long-term unemployment and social exclusion by hiring 14 unemployed and inactive people. Nikola Kozlevo is among the municipalities with the lowest indicators in the country when it comes to the percentage of working people, employment rate and average wage. We have planned professional trainings by specialized training organizations for the relevant positions in the trade sector. In order to secure these people’s work we are purchasing a freight van and an electric pallet truck. We are confident that our company’s team will be increased with selected people and employees that have gained knowledge and qualification with the implementation of the project. Our company policy is to continuously improve our employees’ qualifications and this affects the quality of work as a whole, as well as the workers’ remuneration.
