Professional development and sustainable employment for unemployed and / or inactive people in Language center "Busy" by creating 15 new jobs

The project aims by detecting and equipping 15 new jobs to provide employment for inactive / unemployed persons who through a set of appropriate activities aimed to professional training and acquisition of key competences to provide opportunity for income and subsequent career. For the realization of the project proposal envisages the following activities: 1. Selection and contracting 15 members of the target groups; 2. Conducting foreign language training for newly contracted persons; 3. Conducting training "Digital competence" of 12 persons; 4. Inclusion in training for second degree qualification: the profession "Programmer" in "Maintenance program" - 4,810,101 1 of New Hires and Profession "Office secretary" in "Administrative Services" - 3460201 1 new contracted. 5. Conduct training for first degree qualification: the profession "cashier" - 3,460,601 1 new contracted 6. Supplying ofequipment and furniture for the new jobs created; 7. Activities for information and publicity. 8. Establishment of the management team of the project and selection of contractors under Decree 118/2014 laying of proposed training and supply of materials and equipment and furniture; After finishing the project it is preserved to be kept at least 8 new jobs for a minimum of one year. For successful implementation of the project there are provided mechanisms for internal observing, monitoring and reporting. There is a mechanism for monitoring and feedback from the target group of persons at every stage of the project. It is intended a preparation of technical and financial report. There are methods to promote the specific objectives and results of the project and given financial support from the ESF. The methodology for project management, as well as methodologies for selection provide a mechanism for the prevention of discrimination and ensuring equal opportunities for employment and training.
