I Find Myself in a New Professional Dimension

COLOR BG LTD is a company operating on the market of night clubs and it is managing and developing clubs mainly on the territory of Sunny Beach resort. The enterprise is the driving force for the success of the one of the most iconic clubs in Sofia - Bedroom Premium. Soon after its grand opening the club quickly became a well known trademark and it enjoys a huge popularity among the citizens and the guests of the Capital, because of the unique design of the interior and exterior, the professionalism of the personnel and the management, the impressive events organised in Bedroom Premium and the musical style. Through the realization of the project "I Find Myself in a New Professional Dimension" will be given an opportunity for 18 unemployed and inactive persons to find a job in one of attractive and prestigious place and on the other side COLOR BG LTD will continue its dynamic and progressive development and will keep its leading positions on the market. 14 of the hired 18 unemployed and inactive people will be from the specific category "Unemployed youths up to 29 years of age" and the other 4 are unemployed and inactive, thus the implementation of the project addresses one of the most vulnerable groups on the labor market by hiring the unemployed youths. After the conclusion of the project the applicant will maintain at least 9 of the hired persons for a period of not less than 12 months, thus ensuring the sustainability of the employment. Also, the project includes activities for the acquisition and insurance of the equipment and inventory necessary for job creation, professional training and education in foreign languages and digital competences for the new personnel, publicity activities and project management.
