“MGS-3” Ltd. is among the leading companies on the Bulgarian market for dining places and entertainment. The company organize and manage the activity of one of the most emblematic cafe-restaurants in Sofia "OPERA CAFE". The restaurant has quickly become one of the hotspots of Sofia city. The café-restaurant was completely recostructed with a completely new interior. To maintain the huge interest in the establishment and to ensure the sustainability of the leadership of one of the most competitive markets, "OPERA CAFE" organize numerous significant events relevant to fashion and media sphere that contribute to sustainable tourism development and competitiveness of the national tourism product. Through the implementation of the project "My point in life is guaranteed by a new successful career" will enable 12 unemployed and inactive persons to find a job in one of the most prestigious café-restaurants in the country. The project will meet the growing needs of the company and will help to maintain the leadership position on the market and ensuring sustainable employment for the assigned staff. After completion of the project at least 6 of the newly employed will be maintained for at least 12 months., ensuring sustainable employment for some of newly appointed persons. From 12 newly employed of unemployed and inactive persons 6 will be representatives of a specific category of "Unemployed young people aged up to 29 including" and the other 6 persons will be unemployed and inactive persons. Also, over the project is foreseen to be implemented activities for the purchase and insurance of necessary equipment and inventory, to provide newly created working spaces, professional training and training for competencies which will help to improve the professional qualifications of the newly employed, as well as activities related to publicity and project management.
