Opening of 10 employment positions and Sustainable Improvement of the Work Environment in Fortune Union" Ltd

The project "Opening of 10 employment positions and Sustainable Improvement of the Work Environment in Fortune Union" Ltd is part of the company’s strategic plan to increase human resources in correspondence with the growing volume of work tasks; durable improvement of the work environment in the existing point of sale, as well as the opening of a new one with 4 additional employment positions. The project consists of 4 principal operations – opening new job positions and hiring 10 unemployed and/or inactive persons for a period of 12 months; purchase of appliances and furniture necessary for the new employees; project management and promotion (publicity and information). The project proposition describes and justifies the relation of all operations, purchase of appliances and furniture included, to the provision of sustainable employment for unemployed and/or inactive persons – part of the target groups, indicated in the specified goals and the investment priority of the procedure “New Workplace 2015”. The project provides for securing 50% of the positions opened in the course of its implementation, for a period of at least 12 months, thus contributing to the main goal of the procedure - providing conditions for sustainable job opportunities for unemployed and inactive people. The implementation of the project is closely related to the integration and application of the three key horizontal principles in the European Social Fund – namely equality, integration, diversity and sustainable development intended to secure sustainable growth in the EU. The company’s experience so far has demonstrated that effective management is based on following the aforementioned principles because of their considerable contribution to better working conditions, professional and personal development of the employees and their improved social responsibility.
