New perspectives in IFEST Ltd

Project applicant company "Ifest" Ltd. aims to provide employment to 12 months for the unemployed and inactive persons newly and appropriately equipped 16 new jobs. At least 50% of employees are representatives of specific categories, including 1 person with disabilities, and persons under the age of '29 or over 54, with lower secondary education or long-term unemployed and inactive. This will create new jobs for five different positions, which will be hired unemployed or inactive persons who are planning to conduct vocational training and English. Jobs will be provided with the necessary equipment in order to create a good working environment. The project will solve general and specific problems of unemployed and inactive persons associated with the provision of suitable employment. Within 12 months, they will be able to apply their professional skills and competences, work experience, develop their potential and to receive adequate ex officio earnings. Along with the increase of human capital and the availability of 16 new jobs come at three sites in different cities will be a significant contribution to the company Ifest Ltd. through the development of its activities in existing and two new sites in major economic centers. The intentions of the company are the results achieved are sustainable by maintaining at least 50% of new jobs for another 12 months after the expiry of subsidized employment. When financial stability of the company, employees with a proven and employment potential will be able to continue working in the company after his participation in the project. Created project site will promote financial source of the provided project support. Needed financial assistance - 281 435 lev.
