Professional Horizons for Sustainable Employment of Unemployed at Project House Ltd.

The project aims to create new jobs through implementation of targeted investment costs to purchase new equipment and ensure long-term sustainable employment for unemployed persons and their successful integration into the labor market. Project implementation will provide 12 months of employment for 9 unemployed persons, 4 of which young people aged up to 29 years, 4 aged 30 to 54 years old and one older than 54 years. After implementation of the project Project House Ltd. will continue the employment of at least 5 of those persons for at least another 12 months. The successful implementation of the project will encourage economic activity and integration of risk social groups in the labor market, will achieve sustainable high levels of employment in the company, will increase employee productivity and enhance their social integration. Successful implementation of the project has the following direct results: - integration of representatives of risky labour market groups; - ensuring long-term subsidized employment for a period of 12 months for young people; - provides safe adaptation of employed youth to the real work environment by including them in a mentoring program that will allow them to reinforce key professional reflexes and confidence associated with the execution of their direct duties; - social and economic security for professional development of young unemployed; - creates conditions for long-term employment of employees and youths after the subsidized employment for the duration of the project, which creates favorable conditions for long-term professionally developed and realization on the labor market; - creates conditions for growth of young, ambitious and confident in their professional and social skills professionals.
