The present project is for creation of new jobs by implementing targeted investment costs for their material and resource provision and sustainable employment for the new employees - unemployed and/ or inactive. The project is planned to provide a 12-month employment for six new jobs, at least 4 of which representatives of the following specific categories - unemployed youths up to 29 years including and / or long-term unemployed and inactive persons and/ or unemployed or inactive persons with disabilities and/ or unemployed individuals aged over 54. The project foresees long-term (more than 12 months) sustainable employment for at least 3 out of 6 persons employed to the new jobs. Achievement of the goals set in the project are planned by the following activities - D1 "Organization, management, monitoring and reporting of project activities," D2 "Purchase of equipment, furniture, DNA and furniture related to the creation of new jobs," D3 "Hiring unemployed and / or inactive persons for a period of 12 months" and E4 "Visualization and publicity of the project." In the implementation of the project are set out the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development, which are set in the policies for the implementation of the company's activities in general. Successful implementation of the project satisfies the applicant need to increase the human resources for creation of the necessary capacity for improving the quality of service delivery and increase productivity, respectively enterprise competitiveness.
