Mezari Ltd. - socially responsible employer

The project proposal includes creation of 32 new sustainable workplaces needed for the expansion of production volume - opening a new workshop of the company in Parvomay, District Plovdiv. Purchase of appropriate equipment for the implementation of work proces, recruitment and training of unemployed and/or inactive persons from target groups of newly created workplaces in the company: 1 office manager; 1 accountant, 1 secretary,1 technologist, 2 cutters textiles and 26 sewing machine operators. Activities for implementation: Activity 1: Selection of the target group and recruitment of 32 new employees to 12 months Activity 2: Vocational training of newly recruited staff Activity 3: Purchase of equipment for newly created workplaces Activity 4: Project Management Activity 5: Information and publicity Expected results from implementation of those activities will contribute to achieve the identified project indicators. The target group are unemployed and inactive persons. Over 50% of the target group will be composed of the following specific categories: Unemployed young people up to 29 years inclusive - 7; Unemployed persons aged over 54 - 10. The project contributes to the realization of higher and quality employment, reduce poverty and promote social inclusion and contributes to creating conditions for permanent employment of unemployed persons who fall within the priority target groups of the program. It is aimed at the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market. The project implementation will contribute to the achievement of the main challenges set in the OP HRD 2014-2020 namely higher and quality employment, reduce poverty and promote social inclusion, skills and opportunities for lifelong learning and improving the adaptability of employees and the quality of workplaces.
