“Creating New Jobs at Flow Invest OOD”

The integration of some of the most vulnerable groups on the labour market –the long-term unemployed/inactive persons over the age of 29, is one of the biggest challenges for the workforce in our times - the unemployment rate in the country continues to be above the EU-28 average (6.2%). The objectives of the project proposal address the main problem of this group – the lack of qualified resourced jobs in the labour market, offering opportunities for sustainable and long-term development. The Target group are unemployed and inactive persons with educational profile and skills in the field of the specialized construction works: 4 long-term unemployed / inactive people aged over 29. The overall objective of the project proposal is the creation of 4 sustainable jobs for unemployed and inactive persons. Specific objectives: -Integration of the representatives of the target group in the labour market, through the hiring of unemployed and inactive persons for a period of 12 months; -Resource providing 4 highly skilled jobs for specialists in construction works, through provision of specialized equipment for hydro isolation works; -Ensuring the sustainable employment of the persons from the target group after completion of the project, by keeping the jobs created for a minimum of 12 months for at least 50% of them. Expected results: -Employment of 4 individuals from the target groups for a period of 12 months; -4 Resource-provided new jobs for qualified specialists in construction works; -Increased human resources and ensured sustainable employment in the company after the completion of the project. Main activities: Activity 1: Employment of unemployed and inactive persons for a period of 12 months; Activity 2: Purchase of equipment, associated with the creation of new jobs; Activity 3: Organization and management of the project; Activity 4: Information and publicity.
