"New jobs within Level H Ltd. for sustainable employment"

Our project "New jobs within Level H Ltd. for sustainable employment" will facilitate in favor for the implementation of the strategy of the OP HRD 2014-2020 and strait to two of the major objectives of the Union’s strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth, economic, social and territorial cohesion, which will increase the level of integration of vulnerable groups in the labor market. The target group of the project: • Long-term unemployed and inactive persons • Unemployed persons aged '54 and higher • Unemployed youths up to 29 years including. The project covers 7 unemployed persons in Sofia city with a minimum degree "Bachelor". The overall objective: -Increasing economic activity and integration of unemployed and inactive people by supporting new sustainable jobs creation. Specific objectives: -Promoting employment for the unemployed and inactive persons by providing seven new jobs in Level H Ltd. -Providin the needed resources for the new positions and job placemen by supply of equipment. Expected results: • creating sustainable jobs suitable for the educational and qualification level of the target group • increased opportunity for career development and career developmen • provided sustainable employment and equal job conditions for four persons from the target group • provided modern and filly equipped work places for the newly hired workers • increased adaptability, productivity and competitiveness of the targeted persons employed in Level H Ltd • increased labor motivation and activation of the labor market of persons from the target group • increased level of integration and promoting social inclusion. Activities : -Activity 1: Organization, management and promotion of the project activities -Activity 2: Recruitment, job placement and providing sustainable employment -Activity 3. Supply of equipment for the newly opened jobs
