New workplaces for unemployed/economically inactive people in USIS Ltd.

This project proposition is in accordance with Specific target 1 and Specific target 3 of the Investment priority 1 of Priority axis 1 of OPHRD and includes the following financed activities: -Provision of employment by opening 40 new workplaces for unemployed/inactive people for a period of 12 months -Provision of training for part of occupation for the third qualification stage “Physical security of sites” and training for key competency 4 “Digital competency” chosen based on the job requirement for the corresponding position. The main activities provided by the project are completely consistent with the general and specific targets set by the Candidate. They will contribute to the application of the integrated approach, set by OPHRD, for the provision of employment and lifelong access to training forms. As an expected effect on the target group, the project predicts that: -The needs of the target groups will be met; -The target groups will have the opportunity to adapt to the labour market through the procurement of new knowledge and skills that match the employers’ requirements. Expected indicative results: -Unemployed, who have received qualification and competency as a result of the project – 40 -Unemployed, who have managed to find a job as a result of the project – 40 Deadline: 18 months; the employer is obliged to keep the employability at at least 60% for the following 12 months.
