New jobs in "FERY COFFEE" - a new beginning

This project aims to provide sustainable employment of 8 persons, representatives of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market - unemployed with low education, long-term unemployed and inactive persons, and unemployed persons with age from 30 to over the age of 54 years. To achieve the common goal we have drawn the following specific objectives: 1.Access to the employment of unemployed and inactive persons for the purpose of realization of the labor market 2.Improving the qualifications of the personnel by providing vocational training in profession 3.Creating conditions and working environment in the company for practical professional development of staff 4.Successful integration on the labor market for unemployed and inactive persons involved in the project The objectives will be achieved gradually as a result of implementation of the following project activities: 1.Selection and recruitment of personnel;2.Training of the hired project staff;3.Purchase of equipment, furniture and fixtures and fittings associated with the creation of six new jobs;4.Organization and project management;5.Provision of information and publicity for the project With the implementation of this project will achieve the following results: Secured access to employment for 8 unemployed and inactive persons with age from 30 to over the age of 54 years; Created 8 new jobs; Hired 8 unemployed and inactive persons with official employment contracts;Reduction of unemployment in the Municipality of Yakoruda; 6 of the hired persons have acquired professional qualifications;Provided equipment and furniture needed for 6 of newly jobs created; Achieve a broad public awareness among those covered under the project and the general public for the received grant and the financing the OP and ESF. Sustainability of the project will be preserved by the employer, which will retain at least 50% of newly created jobs for a minimum of 12 months after completion of the all project activities.
