Providing sustainable jobs for unemployed youths

“CTC Software" Corp. is a company with main activities in computer programming. In connection with the subject of activity, the staff of the candidate is selected and appointed so that it meets the highest requirements and ever-evolving and dynamic field of the main activity. The need for recruitment of new employees is due to the increasing number of customers and the inability of current personnel to cope with their service, as well as the strategy adopted by the management to expand the activities of the company. With the project the company will create 8 new quality and sustainable jobs for 3 unemployed and / or inactive young people under the aged of 29, 1 long-term unemployed person and 4 unemployed. The selection of people who will be provided with employment under the project will be implemented in cooperation with the representatives of the territorial structures of the Employment Agency. The selected persons will be provided with employment for at least 12 months of a scheme to provide grants and at least 50% of them will be guaranteed permanent employment in the company. The companys management always appreciates the enthusiasm and skills of the young people and in detail knows their needs and problems, so that 3 persons will be a group of young people up to 29 years of age. Through the implementation of the project and the appointment of the persons from this group, "CTC Software" Corp. will help to some extent for their social inclusion and their sustainable integration in the labor market. To ensure the quality of the new positions modern equipment will be purchased correlating with the positions of which the newly hired persons will be appointed to. In addition the newly recruited persons will be provided with appropriate training. The candidate expects to achieve long-term effect on the targeted group and the overall activities of the company after the completion of the project activities.
