By the implementation of the current project, the BG Assist specialized enterprise will focus its attention on the most vulnerable group in society – the unemployed, inactive people and discouraged persons with disabilities. The project foresees to expand the staff of the company by employing four new people with disabilities who will be involved in the main units of the enterprise. The individuals shall be hired in the following professions: Technical assistant, and Computer operator and they will go through a training course in Digital Competence in accordance with the requirements of these positions. Their workplaces will be properly equipped and adapted to the corresponding disability. For the full inclusion in the labour process, the individuals will be provided with a mentor and additional services (assistance, support for orientation and mobility, as well as career consulting). The capabilities, experience and capacity of the beneficiary presuppose smooth implementation of the pre-set project objectives, aimed at opening four new working positions for unemployed and inactive people with disabilities. The beneficiary also sets out the goal to retain a part of those workplaces (no less than 50 percent) in long term perspective as sustainable workplaces.
