START DEVELOPMENT AND PROFESSIONAL CAREER BY "IKAR PROJECT" LTD

With the realization of this project aims to create jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons by providing opportunities for their professional development and improve their skills. In this sense, this project focuses entirely on improving access to employment and quality jobs through a combination of activities to integrate unemployed and inactive job seekers. With the implementation of project activities will invest in human capital through adequate measures to create new jobs with long-term sustainability. Implementation of the project provides for increased economic activity, adaptability of the labor market and permanent employment for 17 unemployed and inactive persons who will be employed. Creating new "green"jobs "IKAR PROJECT" LTD is directed entirely to the needs of the target group related to the need to create opportunities for their professional realization and exercise their right to work. With the implementation of the project activities will also provide an appropriate working environment necessary for successful performance of professional duties of Payroll project the target group, the purchase of equipment, office furniture and transport vehicles. In the company's vision for development stipulates the introduction of European standards in terms of staff, following the EU strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth and the implementation of specific requirements in this sector. Main result of the activities of the project will provide access to employment for selected participants from the target group in line with addressing the needs of "IKAR PROJECT" LTD for equipment to create new jobs in the medium term.
