KIMMS ltd is a modern consultancy business set up in 1996 which specialises in market research and analysis. Its customers have so far been mostly West European companies from the same industry as well as Bulgaria based ones from different trade and manufacturing branches. Following a strategy of expansion with premium priced service for end users of market research and analysis, KIMMS ltd plans to do the following activites: 1. Employment of 5 unemployed or/and out-of-work individuals (for a period of 12 months) in positions of research, business development (sales) and website administration and content management 2. Purchase computer hardware and develop software for website content management (control, authorisation, publishing, updating etc.) needed to coordinate the work of the newly employed staff. 3. Visualization of the project 4.Organisation and management of the project The company aims to have more than half of the newly employed staff (3 out of 5) from the pool of unemployed: long term unemployed and inactive. After all phases of the project are completed KIMMS ltd. will keep for at least 12 months at least half of the newly employed staff, which will guarantee the sustainable employment element as per the requirements of the grant scheme.
