In times of financial crisis, the opportunities that Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” provides for creating new workplaces , stimulate employers not only to invest resources into hiring new employees but also help them prepare and adapt to the changes set by the crisis. This, however, will not be possible without the financial help of the European Social Fund. Accordingly, the project provides for employing four new people; organizing key competence trainings; implementing innovative, more productive and environmental sound methods for organizing labor, including health and safety at work and improving the working environment by buying modern and low energy intensive equipment and technology. The project proposal fully corresponds with the objectives set by OP HRD in the sphere of employment, namely vulnerable groups (i.e. young people, continuously unemployed people and elderly) fighting unemployment. While carrying out the tasks of the project participants falling within the latter risk groups will be given equal rights to participate and all matters of discrimination will be prevented in order to increase the level of employment and fight poverty. The main objective of this project is to work towards achieving sustainable employment, stable income, unemployment reduction, social isolation and improving adaptability of people. This will be accomplished by providing employment to four people for one year and keeping at least half of them on the market for another twelve months, thus increasing the level of employment in the region and implementing the most important policy for achieving inclusive growth.
