Creating new jobs in Bolero Ltd.

"Bolero" LTD is registered with company case №1024/2003 in Burgas. Its owner and manager is Penka Keremedchieva. The company's business is retail trade in non-specialized stores with FMCG (fast moving consumer goods). The company's activity is carried out in eight supermarkets in Burgas region. The first supermarket, owned by the company, was opened in 2003 in Burgas with 25 employees. Currently the company employs over 200 people and the premises are owned by the company or leased. "Bolero" LTD is a member of retail chain CBA Bulgaria and sells its products directly to the end customers - natural or legal persons. The company's management intends to retain and expand its market share in the region in 2016 and to open a new shop, which requires new jobs to be created. It is planned 31 new jobs to be opened. The company's activity allows to be hired people from the specific categories, according to the procedure's guidelines. The new employees will be hired for the maximum allowed period - 12 months. The project purpose is creating sustainable work positions for people with difficult realization on the labor market. The reaching of the project purpose will be contributed by the fact that at least 50% of the new jobs will be kept for minimum 12 months after project's implementation. Also, in "Bolero" LTD there is very low staff turnover. It will be purchased working clothes for the new employees, which will allow them to carry out their professional duties and increase their motivation for development.
