"New work places and sustainable employment in VICTORIA-NAIS LTD"

The project "New work places and sustainable employment in VICTORIA-NAIS LTD" aims: "To create the conditions for sustainable employment and professional realization of unemployed and/or inactive persons in the field of mediation in the purchase and sale of real estate". Specific objectives of the project: 1. To create new jobs for youth under 29 years old, the unemployed and/or inactive persons over 30 years and persons over 54 years for work on perspective professions and positions in VICTORIA-NAIS LTD. 2. To ensure a sustainable and long term employment of new hired employees. 3. The Acquisition of knowledge, skills and experience of new hired persons during employment,for effective professional development in the field of trade in real estate. These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: Activity 1: Organisation, management and control of project activities; Activity 2: Publicity and visualization of project activities Activity 3: Provision of equipment for new jobs in VICTORIA-NAIS LTD. Activity 4: Conducting selection and choice of unemployed/inactive persons to work in VICTORIA-NAIS LTD. Activity 5: Provide employment for the unemployed/inactive persons in VICTORIA-NAIS LTD. Through the realization of these activities will achieve the following results: * for 7 unemployed/inactive persons (one of them under 29 years old and three of them over 54) employment will be provided (min 1 year) in VICTORIA-NAIS LTD., the position: Real estate agent * an equipment will be provided for the 7 new work places to ensure effective flow of the work processes in the company. * at least 4 from new openned work places wil be saved after the end of the project. The project will focus on occupational integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market: young people, the long-term unemployed and/or inactive persons over 54 years.
