Sustainable jobs in "EM-2" EOOD

This project proposal aims to provide new sustainable jobs in the company “EM-2” with an emphasis on hiring young people under 29 years old, who will receive access to the labor market. The young people will receive training on key competencies and opportunity for development and job training. The project goals are directly related to Priority Axis 1: “Improving the access to employment and job quality" OP "Human Resources Development" and especially the Investment Priority 3 “Sustainable integration into the labor market of young people, particularly in those, who are not engaged in employment, education or training including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalized communities, including through implementation of the Youth Guarantee (ESF)”. With this project will be created 18 jobs and employed 18 persons, all of them youths under 29 years old, on the position: "Shop assistant" and "Driver ". For effective implementation of the tasks, jobs will be equipped with the necessary equipment and will be provided training on key competence under the European Qualifications Framework "Communication in foreign languages" and "Digital competence". The necessary publicity and awareness of the project will be provided, and also organization of the project management.
