Creating sustainable workplaces in „SINVEX“ Cooperative by providing appropriate working conditions and trainings

„SINVEX“ Cooperative is a small enterprise, founded in 1993, with main activity construction, repair, installation and trading of building materials. It has completed a number of construction sites under various European projects. Major clients are municipalities, educational institutions and large companies. The company is developing rapidly, and in 2015 had signed several long-term contracts that ensure strong commitment of company resources. In response to increasing orders, the company needs to create new workplaces and hire qualified staff. This requires developing a project whose main objective is to create sustainable workplaces for unemployed and inactive persons by providing appropriate working conditions and training, and by creating conditions for the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market. This objective can be achieved through the implementation of 3 specific objectives: 1) opening of 22 new workplaces for the unemployed and inactive persons from vulnerable groups in the labor market; 2) ensure appropriate training, enhancing the competitiveness of the unemployed and inactive; 3) establishment of appropriate working conditions for work of newly appointed persons. This will be implemented through 3 main activities: 1) Selection and recruitment of unemployed and inactive persons on subsidized employment for a period of 12 months; 2) Training for vocational qualifications and key competences; 3) Equipment of new jobs; and 2 auxiliary activities: 4) Organization and management of project activities; 5) An information campaign to promote activities and publicity of the project. The result will be: employed 22 unemployed on a labour contract of employment for 1 year, will be improved the professional qualification of 18 persons, will be increased the digital competences of 4 persons and language competences of 3 persons, will be equipped suitable workplaces, will be created additional employment for 11 persons for 12 months.
