Establishment of new sustainalbe working places for unemployed and inactive persons in Business Innovative Solutions Ltd

The overall objective of the project is an establishment of 4 new working places for unemployed and inactive persons with a focus on integration of the vulnerable groups at the labour market and ensuring sustainability of the new working places through implementation of training and employment measures. The project's specific objectives comprise employment of 4 unemployed and/or inactive at the labour market persons, including persons belonging to vulnerable groups at the labour market and ensuring sustainability of the new (four in number) working places through key competence trainings and providing adequate working environment by supplying the necessary equipment, fixtures and fittings for the new jobs created. The project's target group comprises unemployed and/or inactive at the labour market persons and minimum half of them (50%), or a minimum of 2 persons will belong to one of the following specific categories: Long-term unemployed and inactive persons, Unemployed persons aged over 54 years of age and Unemployed youths up to 29 years incl., as at least one vacancy will be filled by a person from the specific group: Unemployed youths up to 29 years incl. The main activities comprise selection and employing of four representatives of the target group, as well as purchasing of equipment, related to the functioning of the newly established working places. As a result of the project 4 unemployed and /or inactive and the labour market persons will take the provided with equipment newly established working places.
