Sustainable employment and opportunities for development for the unemployed and inactive persons in education

The Project Proposal is a set of measures and activities related to the creation of four new job positions and provision of quality and sustainable employment in a company providing training and animation for children. Through the provided mechanisms under procedure “New Workplace 2015” HRD OP,the applicant will open four new job positions and will provide employment for 4 unemployed and inactive persons in the labor market and will provide modern equipment for the performance of their employment activity.The individuals will be a part of the following specific categories on the labor market: -Unemployed people under 29 years of age -Long-term unemployed and inactive persons The following activities are envisaged to be implemented in the Project initiative: 1.Organization and Project management 2.Visualization, information and publicity 3.Purchase of equipment for the new job positions 4.Employment and providing employment to unemployed and/or inactive persons The Project activities focus on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market. The activities are aimed at providing equal opportunities and preventing any discrimination to different people who fall into risk groups in the labor market, increasing the access to employment, reducing social exclusion and combating poverty. The main objective of the Project Proposal is aimed at providing sustainable jobs,quality employment, and provision of income, reducing unemployment, social exclusion and improving the adaptability of individuals under risk in the labor market.There will be provided employment for 4 persons for a period of 12 m. and for at least 2 of them the employment shall be maintained for at least another 12 m.The Project Proposal is a complex of activities in support of the priorities of the HRD OP 2014-2020, in the field of employment.The implementation of the Project will increase the competitiveness of unemployed people to the conditions in the labor market.
