Creation of new sustainable jobs in EXTREME LTD

By his project proposal, the candidate “Extreme” Ltd. aims to create new sustainable jobs for 12 unemployed and inactive persons. To achieve the set objectives the following activities will be implemented: • Hire 12 unemployed as at least 6 of them are below 29 years of age for a period not longer than 12 months; • Purchase of equipment, furniture and fixtures and fittings related to the creation of 12 new work places; • Vocational training for the newly hired employees. Objectives and activities planned in the project proposal will help to achieve the following results in the present target group: • Validating the practice of lifelong learning aiming professional development; • Adapting the acquired knowledge in formal education in a real working environment, according to the requirements of labor market, especially for the unemployed under 29 years of age; • Achieving higher quality of the workforce; • Guaranteed access to quality education and training for all; • Ensuring equal opportunities. The implementation of the project activities will result in significantly improving the situation of the selected target group mainly in two aspects - acquisition of new skills in relation to the occupied position and opportunity for successful career development and integration in the labor market. The project will have impact on the professional capacity of participants from the target group, will increase their adaptability, their well-being as well as their competitiveness. The result of the implementation of all activities included in the program of the project aims to ensure a lasting impact on the target groups for the creation of sustainable employment and enhancing the work expertise of the 12 unemployed persons as well as their successful integration in the labour market.
